In our unique ‘fight club meets night club’ setting, smash heavy bags, swing kettlebells, lift dumbbells under the dim lights, pumping music and the guidance of our expert foreign and local instructors.
Learn kickboxing and Thai boxing fundamentals in our KBF Skills class. We cover footwork, punching, kicking, knees and elbows and how to put these all together in a combinations. Great for anyone wanting to learn the art or to get a head start for our KBF 50 or KBF 30 classes.
Our most popular class. Burn up to 1000 calories in this intensive 50 minute workout. Torch fat by swinging kettlebells, lifting dumbbells and executing bodyweight HIIT exercises before moving onto the heavy bags to punch and kick your troubles away.
